Meeting Room Requests for External Clients

To request a meeting room, please complete the Facility Use Application in the Online Forms Library on the right. Applicants may call the main office at (530) 622-7130 ext 0 to check room availability; however, the room will not be confirmed for use until the Application for Facility Use has been received and approved by a representative of EDCOE. The applicant will receive a copy of the completed and approved application either in the mail or via email.

Once the Facility Use Application has been approved, specific room set-up requests may be submitted by following the instructions below.

To request room set-up, please complete the Room Set-Up Request Form in the Online Forms Library on the right. NOTE: You  must download the form and open with Adobe Reader to complete the form and submit via email.
