Academic Performance

Academic Performance

Academic performance is a key indicator of how well a student is progressing through our education system. EDCOE works to ensure our children are well-equipped with the tools they need to excel and maintains strong partnerships with school districts by supporting their goals to accurately measure student success. Together, we monitor student performance with state-of-the-art methods, such as the electronic Smarter Balanced Assessments. These assessments allow educators to evaluate the real-world skills of their students with 21st century tools, and information is provided to teachers throughout the year to measure if students are succeeding or if they require additional assistance.
