ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
    • If you are earning your bachelor's degree this spring, you must provide a letter from your college (on letterhead) stating you are on track to graduate this spring.
    • If your degree was completed from an institution outside of the US, you must get your transcripts evaluated from an approved agency confirming an equivalent degree. View Approved Agencies

  • Evidence of continuous progress toward meeting subject matter competency (registration for the CSET, submitting coursework evaluation, appropriate degree match, completion of subject matter program)
  • Letter of Good Standing (Only required if you have been enrolled in or are currently enrolled in a teaching credential program at another institution.)

  • Dual Credential: Multiple Subjects & Mild to Moderate (34 units) - $13,309

  • Education Specialist-Extensive Support Needs (31 units) - $12,115
  • Education Specialist-Mild to Moderate Support Needs (31 units) - $12,115

Textbooks are not included.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
  • $70 application fee
  • $145 coursework evaluation fee for basic skills and/or subject matter (if applicable)
  • $400 enrollment deposit if accepted into the program (applies toward your tuition balance)
  • $175 Technology fee
  • CTC fees to process sub permit and preliminary teaching credential
 
FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
  • Interest-free payment plan options & grant opportunities are available.
  • Residents will be given a $38,000 cost of living stipend
 
APPLICATION DEADLINE :
  • Applications for the 2026-27 cohort are due on April 1, 2026. Applications will be available January 15, 2026.
