Emotionally Disturbed

We currently offer educationally-based Special Day Class (SDC) programs for students who are eligible for special education services due to significant social/emotional challenges and cannot be educationally successful in their district of residence, as determined through the IEP process. These SDC programs currently serve Kindergarten through 8^th grade. The classroom settings are designed to promote individual student growth and development through the integration of standards-based curriculum, mental health services and the implementation of explicit systems of behavior interventions that promote positive and productive learning environments with the ultimate goal of transitioning students back into the general education setting or a less-restrictive environment.
